Like everyone, we are excited and hopeful about this significant step on the path toward recovery. It is preferred and recommended by the Department of Health that visitors are tested prior to visiting and come to the facility with a negative test result. They have to get me up and out of bed, and the physical therapist and occupational therapist push you, but I want to get myself going and be able to go home, so that’s good. I can see right out my door if I was able to go out. They bring all your meals to your room because of the COVID restrictions, but normally they have dining areas out there where you can sit.
